Intel Xeon X5650 (Clock speed at 100) with AMD Radeon RX 460 (Clock speed at 100) x1 will produce 12.15 of GPU bottleneck on 1080p resolution. Passmark performance test clearly shows the Xeon superior in. Heat limits the Gulftown before the Westmere (experienced this personally).
